Although they had no cleaners available that day they scheduled me in as early as possible knowing I might have found another service. Called later to ask if I still needed the cleaners. For the past few years, it has been my pleasure to have two of your finest cleaning ladies; Samantha and Tammy. These two ladies are timely and efficient in the care and cleaning of my home. They pay very close attention to the the many small knick-knacks to the large furniture items. From the tile floors to the carpets, and the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen. All aspects of their duties are performed to insure my home gets its share of TLC. I would not hesitate to leave my home in the are of these two affable ladies, if I ever had to leave to run an errand. Samantha and Tammy are the women who clean my house. Simply put, they do a fantastic job. When they arrive we go over anything that I think needs special attention. After that they dig in and work nonstop for the two hours I have booked. Couldn't be happier. The house is cleaned literally from top to bottom. No problems, no issues. Just the way I like it.

New Sparkles Services are Great! Over the years, my husband and I have used different cleaning services. Those that are private individuals and those as a cleaning service.
I truly have to say, I’m so happy and pleased with Lisa and Linda. They truly work great together. They are a team working together in our home and they look out for each other when coming to our home.
I actually started to have New Sparple service 2 times a month. Though my trust and their cleaning service is above average.. I can actually say , I can talk to them if I need something else done of what the expectations may be. Now weekly, because of the quality of the service with Linda and Lisa. I feel and see that I can trust them.
The staff in the office is great with following up with myself and with Lisa and Linda that is in our home. Paula and Lori are super. So willing to work with us with questions, scheduling and any concerns we may have. Everyone is so considerate and conscientious of all they do in the office and our home.
They are on my list as quality. I would recommend their services for sure.

We decided that we would look into a cleaning service instead of tackling our new home cleaning ourselves. We just bought the house and then started some renovations so not only did we want a move in clean we wanted a post construction clean. From the first call to the cleaning crew leaving my home, I was impressed with the quality of the service. The crew was on time and completed the work within the time suggested in the quote. The crew wasn't fazed by what I thought a big job and when I went through showing them what I wanted I was told no problem with a smile. When I returned the house was clean. I have no complaints and look forward to having them return to help me in the future. I now have my in-laws planning a service as well.
